Welcome to Real World English with Reena. By accessing or using our website https://realworldenglishwithreena.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. General Information
This website is owned and operated by Reena Mistry, offering English language coaching and communication services. The content on this site is for educational and information purposes only.
2. Use of the website
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way which does not harm or restrict the rights of other users.
3. Intellectual Property
You agree not to share, distribute or sell course recordings (either as video or audio), any downloadable materials, which include digital resources, workbooks, class notes and any worksheets, slides, branding and logos or any other materials created by myself. Also, any discussions which happen within the courses between members of courses and/or myself are confidential and are not to be shared outside the group.
4. User-submitted content
If you submit content to the site (e.g., via forms or testimonials), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and display that content on the website or for promotional purposes, where specified. You can withdraw consent at any time.
5. Bookings and Services
All bookings are subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse service, modify, or cancel services at our discretion. Full terms related to coaching or course enrolment will be provided at the point of purchase or sign-up.
6. Payment, refund and cancellation policy
Flagship course: PharmaSpeak course for community pharmacists working in tourist areas (Beta version)
The first month’s fee must be paid upfront to reserve a place on the course. Subsequent monthly payments will be invoiced at the beginning of each month, should you choose not to pay the balance in full at the start of the course.
You may have all fees paid returned to you for the first 10 days following payment.
Following this initial 10-day period, cancellations of bookings will not be accepted unless we are able to fill the place from the waiting list. If you or your staff are unable to complete the course at that time, you/they can postpone and join a later version of the course or a similar course if this course is no longer available.
In the case that the course has already begun, we are not obliged to offer refunds once one third (33.3%) of the course has been completed.
If you leave the course after this period, or fail to attend all or any part of the course, no refund will be made and we will retain 100% of the payment.
Group classes
The first month’s fee must be paid upfront to reserve a place on the group course. Subsequent monthly payments will be invoiced at the beginning of each month. If you cannot attend a live session during the course, refunds will not be given. However, a recording of the session can be provided if it was an online class.
1-2-1 classes
Sessions can be re-arranged at a later date if you cancel 24 hours before the class. If you cancel within 24 hours of the class time, a refund will not be given for that session.
6. Limitation of Liability
Real World English with Reena is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of your use of the site or our services. We make no guarantees about specific outcomes.
7. Third-Party Links
We may link to external sites. We are not responsible for the content or policies of those websites and recommend reviewing their terms before using them.
8. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Effective Date.”
